      Nursery Volunteer Day

      December 30, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
      Tie Dyed Onesie

      Join us for another fantastic volunteer day at the MRC Native Plant Nursery, next to the Petrolia School. Volunteer days are open to people of all ages. Tasks take place in the abundantly ventilated outdoors and are numerous and variable. Participants should bring sturdy shoes, a hat, gloves, and water. Masks are also highly recommended.

      Elephant Seal Ecology Hike!

      The Mattole Field Institute and HSU Biology are co-hosting a family-friendly excursion to see and learn about our local elephant seal colony!Tentatively scheduled for January 9th; creek level depending. Please contact flora@mattole.org if you're interested or have questions.
